Wait two days to hear if your items have been approved.
Accept your 90-day rental offer.
Carefully pack your clean item/s and send them to us using the mailing address provided in your item’s acceptance email.
After posting, enter your tracking number via the link in your acceptance email.
Once we receive your item, processing can take up to one week. You'll hear from us when it's ready.
Each time your item is rented, we send you an email to confirm your incoming commission payment. Please note, if your item is not rented out, you won’t hear from us until the 90-day period is ending.
One week before your item’s expiration date, we send you an email where you can extend your listing for another 90-days, or have your item sent back to you.
