‍RENLEN.CO (“RENLEN.CO”, “we”, or “us) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, protect, use and share information about you when you use www.renlen.co (collectively, the “Website”), as well as any of our services, including our mobile applications widgets, plug-ins, that we created for the purposes of using the Website or our services (collectively, the “Services”), and whether you access the Website directly or through a third-party website or via one or more of the Services. 

We hope this information increases your confidence in RENLEN.CO and enhances your experience with RENLEN.CO. Each time that you use the Services, you signify that you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy you must discontinue using the Website and the Services.

Our primary purpose in collecting Personal Information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We aggregate this information with other pieces of information to analyze trends, to administer and improve the Services, to track users’ movements around the Website and to make inventory purchasing decisions that will best serve our customer base. Cookies and Clear GIFs
‍A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping or tracking purposes. We use cookies and other tracking technologies on the Website and Services. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by RENLEN.CO only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers or other third-parties. 

Cookies we utilize on the Site may include session cookies, persistent cookies, or more advanced technology such as HTML5 or Media Stamp. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" menu. If you reject cookies your ability to use the Website and Services may be limited and you may not be able to use certain features of the Website, including entering sweepstakes or contests. 

Similar cookies and other technologies are used by our partners, which may also include Flash cookies, which are a form of persistent cookies technically called "Local Shared Objects". Flash cookies are set through a mechanism in Adobe Flash Player. With Flash cookies your data is stored in multiple places and it may be restored once you delete it. HTML5 or Media Stamp technology has a local storage feature that, when used, allows for quicker access to a website upon a return visit. We also employ a software technology called clear gifs, also referred to as web beacons or pixel tags, that help manage content on the Website by tracking what content is effective. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails recipients have opened. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Third Party Advertisers

User-Submitted Information

‍In order to use some features of the Website and the Services, including without limitation the rental of products from RENLEN you must first register with us and create a username and password. During registration you are also required to give truthful contact and demographic information (including name, email address, birthday and zip code) in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We use this information to contact you about the products and Services on our Website in which you have expressed interest.

Orders

If you order a product from us, we request certain Personal Information from you on our order form, whether you access the Services from our App or the Website. You must provide contact information (including name, shipping address, telephone number) and financial information (including credit card number and expiration date). Also, in order to assist you, we may also require personal characteristics, such as your height, bust, and dress size.

Surveys or Contests
‍We may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys or contests on our site. If you participate, we will request certain Personal Information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address) and demographic information.

We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor Website traffic, or to personalize the Website (in the case of anonymous information collected in surveys) and to send participants an email newsletter. Tell-A-Friend

We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. RENLEN stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

RENLEN and the Website are not directed toward individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that such individuals do not provide Personal Information through our Website. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18, unless or except as permitted by law. If we learn that Personal Information has been collected from a user under 18 years of age on or through the Website, then we will take the appropriate steps to cause this information to be deleted and to have that child’s account terminated.

Throughout the Terms of Service and Rental Agreement outlined below, the terms "you", "your" and "yourself" refer to all the users of this website (RENLEN.CO) and "we", "us", and "our" refer to RENLEN.CO and governs your access to and use of our website located at www.renlen.co. The "rental fee" and "price" are the costs incurred to the customer on the RENLEN website. These Terms apply to website rentals, website lending, in-person rentals and sales, social media rentals and sales at @renlen.co, which are part of the Services. Person(s) lending items through our Website are referred to as "Lenders" or "Owners". Person(s) receiving leased or rented Items through our Website are referred to as "Renters" or "Borrowers". Clothing rented or lended on RENLEN’s platform will be referred to as "Garment" or "Item".

Legally Binding Contract

These written Terms and Conditions of Service and Rental Agreement constitute a legal binding contract between us, RENLEN, and you, the Renter or Lender. The outlined Terms and Conditions of Service and Rental Agreement apply to you at any point during browsing the website and using our services. These Terms and Conditions of Service and Rental Agreement are published on the RENLEN website (www.renlen.co/legal). You, as the Renter or Lender, will accept these terms as you enter the website and when browsing or purchasing on the website.

If we, RENLEN, develop a new set of revised Terms and Conditions of Service and Rental Agreement, then they will override and supersede the previous Terms and Conditions of Service and Rental Agreement and replace them immediately. Once the revised terms have been published, an email will be sent out to subscribed customers to alert them of the change of terms. If you visit and access www.renlen.co following the publishing of the revised terms, you will have accepted the revised terms. If in any way, you as the customer, do not accept the revised Terms of Service and Rental Agreement, we ask you to please not access the website, do not submit information on the website, or download any information from www.renlen.co and associated pages of the website.

Any additional guidelines that may be apparent around special website or social media offering, incentives or competitions may be present which govern the use of the RENLEN website. You, as the customer of RENLEN, must accept and comply with them in addition to the Terms of Service and Rental Agreement.

This website is located at the URL of www.renlen.co (“website”). Under the Terms of Service, RENLEN provides a rental service of designer clothing and accessories for customers to rent, list and lend out. Through the rental service, RENLEN will strive to give customers access to designer clothing and accessories, styling advice and all information and content required to assist you in deciding which available offerings are suitable.

Our Services

Our rental service will be available to anybody who wishes to use our service, with parental or guardian permission for those who are under the age of 18 years. By accepting the Terms of Conditions of Service and Rental Agreement you agree to being over the age of 18 years and authorised to use the selected payment method with the purpose of using RENLEN's rental service. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST except where otherwise noted. RENLEN reserves the right to amend the prices at any time. We are not liable for damage suffered in relation to price fluctuation. While renting products from RENLEN, you agree that the ownership of the product remains either with RENLEN or the Lender at all times and will abide by the instructions of care and returning policy.

Images and Product Descriptions

We endeavour to list products as accurately as possible on our website and social media platforms. However, we cannot guarantee that our product descriptions will, at any time, be completely accurate. At our earliest awareness of any inaccurate description, we reserve the right to amend or correct any error or omission without notice.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.‍‍

RENLEN's Commitment to You
‍
Once ordered from our website, RENLEN will deliver the product in the correct style, colour, and size. Products pictured on the website may slightly appear different in colour and style due to digitally enhanced editing. The product will be delivered on or before the date specified on the order receipt. RENLEN is only liable for failure to deliver a product on time when the product is not dispatched within the said time frame (two working days prior to booking date).

Payment Terms
‍
The price of the available products to rent will be the rental fee, delivery fee, the included insurance cost and any additional costs that have been listed on the website. As you place an order at www.renlen.co, you are authorising RENLEN to deduct the specified amount from you chosen payment method to cover your rental fees. The payment will be processed and deducted immediately upon receiving your order confirmation. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact, credit card details and any other information that we request from time to time. We undertake due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware. All risk of loss, theft or damage to the goods passes to you when we, or a lender or owner dispatch the goods.

Product Fit and Returns/Refunds

If the product you ordered does not fit you can return it, unworn, within 48 hours of receiving the product. As part of our returns and refunds policy, please email hello@renlen.co or click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner to talk to a RENLEN representative outlining the product does not fit and your intention to return the item. As per our returns and refunds policy, please indicate whether you want to exchange the incorrect size for another available item and get a further 15% off your next rental, or request a full money back refund. 

Shipping Information
‍
RENLEN offers delivery Australia wide with the delivery fee being included in the rental fee of your ordered product. The delivery method will be chosen by RENLEN. The delivery may be delivered earlier than the specified arrival date. The rental period will start as soon as the courier has delivered, or has attempted to deliver your order. Refunds or credits will not be issued for late acceptance of delivery when you have not been available. 

Returns
Once the parcel has been scanned via an Australian Post Office or yellow express Australia Post Box, it will be deemed as returned to RENLEN and we will take responsibility for the parcel. If the parcel is dropped into a yellow express Australia Post Box and the returned parcel is not scanned, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the parcel until it has been delivered back to the returns warehouse at RENLEN. If the parcel is deemed lost and has not been scanned, you as the customer, will be responsible for covering the price of the lost garment at recommended retail price (RRP), minus the price of the rental fee paid.

If you fail to return your garment in accordance with your designated return date, you will incur a fee at our discretion. This fee will be processed via your allocated payment method (provided to us at time of your order placement) following a notification of the fee. If your rental is deemed to be late by more than one day, a further late fee will be processed. The parcel will be returned by end-of-day (EOD) on the last specified day of your rental period, which may be the fourth (4th) or eighth (8th) day. If the reasoning for a late return is a legitimate excuse, please get in contact with us at hello@renlen.co or via the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of the website as soon as possible.

Dry Cleaning
‍
Once we have received the garment back from the previous customer, we promptly conduct a thorough clean. RENLEN attempts, where possible, to use environmentally-conscious dry cleaning. The use of rented garments are used at your own risk and RENLEN should not be held accountable for any health-related issues or complaints that may be as a result of a rented garment. The products available at www.renlen.co have been worn by previous customers prior to your rental order.

Use of RENLEN Products
‍
Upon placing an order at www.renlen.co, you agree to treat the garment/s with the greatest possible care. If the item is too small, please do not attempt to fit into the garment as this may cause unnecessary damage. Your rental fee will cover up to $100AUD worth of accidental damage. The $100AUD damage allowance will cover minor damage like small stains, small wear and tear, stuck zippers and missing buttons. If the damage repair cost exceeds the $100AUD allowance, you agree that we will charge you the repair cost, less the $100AUD allowance. A complete breakdown of the repair will then be provided to you as evidence. The price will be at the discretion of RENLEN.

Cancellation Policy

If you, for any reason, need to cancel your order, RENLEN will happily refund any cancellation with 7 days (a week) or more notice of the start of your rental rental period. If you happen to cancel your order within less than 7 days of the start of your rental period, RENLEN will offer you a single use credit to the amount of your order to be used at any moment you want.

Email
‍
During the order process, we will collect your presented email address and use that to opt you in to our eDM (electronic Direct Mail) list. We will use this email to send you marketing content and newsletters on some occasions. We do not pass on any of your personal details to any other companies, organisations or corporations. You may opt-out of the email list by clicking the “unsubscribe” link on the email you receive, or by emailing us at hello@renlen.co.
